Kaila Torres

Kaila Torres, a native of Hilo, serves as the Operations Manager at the Hawaii Shoulder and Orthopedic Institute (HiSOI). Beginning her journey in the healthcare field in 2018, she gained a certification as a Certified Nursing Aid from the Hawaii Institute of Healthcare and Training Services and joined HiSOI in July 2022.

In her pivotal role, Kaila adeptly manages appointments, oversees payments, and coordinates vital meetings. She stands as the primary liaison for patient inquiries, especially those concerning billing and insurance. With a meticulous approach and deep understanding of healthcare operations, Kaila ensures that patients at HiSOI receive comprehensive and professional care.
