Clinic Accessibility at HiSOI Hilo

At HiSOI Hilo, we strive to ensure our clinic is accessible to all our patients. Here’s what you can expect when visiting our clinic:

  • Parking: Our clinic features a spacious parking lot with two sections. Although there are no designated handicapped parking spaces, the area is accessible for vehicles. The ground is roughly paved, and while manageable, wheelchair users may need assistance traversing it.
  • Assistance on Arrival: If you require help entering our clinic from the parking area, please call ahead. Our staff is more than willing to assist you to ensure a smooth and comfortable entrance.
  • Entrance Accessibility: There is a short curb leading from the parking lot to the sidewalk and another standard curb to enter through our front door. Our team is available to assist anyone needing help navigating these steps.
  • Facility Layout: The entire office is situated on a single ground floor, eliminating the need for stair navigation. We offer ample seating in our waiting area to accommodate our patients comfortably.

We are committed to making your visit as convenient and stress-free as possible. Should you have any specific needs or concerns about accessibility, please contact us before your appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements.
